Squeeze lemon water out of lemons in a spoon of baking soda and mix them. Apply it where you sweat the most. Wait for 10 minutes and then wash with the paste. Do it every day. 4. Witch hazel

The astringent and sweat resistant elements in witch hazel can help control sweating. Tannic acid can tighten pores, avoiding excessive sweating. It can be applied safely in every sweaty area in body.

Immerse a cotton ball into witch hazel and rub lightly onto any sweaty areas. Do it 2 or 3 times a day. It is noted that you should not use the treatment for two continuous weeks because it may cause dryness.

5. Tomato

In addition to treating some common skin problems, including how to remove skin tags, the cooling nature and the astringent one of tomato can help take control of sweaty hands. As a natural astringent, tomato helps contract pores and blocks all sweat glands. Even drinking tomato water can help reduce body temperature, hence decreasing sweating.

You can simply use a spoon of coffee activated coal with a cup of warm water in the morning when you are hungry. If you feel pain and vomiting after using activated coal like that, use it after dinner instead.

7. Rose water

Rose water is one of the most effective natural ways of avoiding sweaty hands. Rose water can be both astringent and resistant to sunburn. You can buy rose water, a product which is filtered from rose petals at any health food stores or beauty stores. Mix rose water with the same level of vinegar and swab on your palms every morning and evening. If you want to reduce the cost, use rose petals from your garden with vinegar and swab.
